Where is your menu?

Where is the food made?

We make all food in our licensed and inspected commercial kitchen at 100 Hudson Rd.

 

Do you have a store front?

We are currently on the hunt for the perfect place to call our next home but for now, we only offer pick-up service.

 

Is this a subscription?

While this isn’t a typical subscription service, you do have to subscribe to receive our free weekly emailed menus. We want you to order what you love when you want to!

 

How do I order?

When do I order?

Our order window is open Thursday at 7PM and the deadline to order is Saturday at 6PM.

 

Can I order something off menu?

At this time, we only offer our pre-set Tuesday menus but hope to offer more flexibility in the future!

 

Is there a minimum order?

Not at all. We welcome as little or as much as you would like!

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, Venmo, cash app and PayPal at the time of pick-up!

on Tuesdays from 2:30-6:00PM

 

Do you offer delivery?

We do not offer delivery.

 

How many days is my meal good for?

Your meals are safe in your refrigerator for 6 days from your pick up (on Tuesday). We suggest consuming them within 3-5 for optimal freshness. We also suggest consuming any seafood and all salads first for maximum enjoyment and nutritional benefit.

 

I have food allergies. What do I do?

Let us know before you order, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Though all of our meals are gluten-free, we do work with dairy, peanuts, seafood, and other high allergen foods on the property.

 

What if there is something in the posted dish that I do not like?

Ask us about it and we can usually leave it out! We will do our best to accommodate you!

 

Are you certified Gluten Free?

We are not! While EDO does not use any gluten in our weekly meals, the kitchen is also used for catering and from time to time does use gluten.

 

Are you 100% organic?

We are not 100% organic, but we do our best to source all of our greens, fruit, and root vegetables organic. We are inching closer each week to more local and sustainable practices and packaging.

 

Do you have nutritional facts? 

We like to focus on real, whole foods and ingredients instead of counting calories, but are looking to add macro information in the near future.

 

How do I heat my meals?

Meals can be reheated in a microwave oven or on the stove top.

Microwave: remove or vent lid, remove portion containers/any sauces, heat 2-3 depending on your microwave.

Stove top: heat a cast iron or nonstick pan on medium heat. Add 1 teaspoon of avocado or coconut oil to the pan. Empty contents into the pan and cover. Het over medium heat until fully warmed. Add an addition teaspoon of water to rice dishes if needed.
